What does NBD mean?

Never Been Done. A trick that no skater has landed at a specific obstacle. Put money on one, and someone might claim it.

What does ABD mean?

Already Been Done. A documented record of a trick that's been landed at a spot. The historical record for that obstacle.

Why is my spot (or photo, or review) still pending?

If you're on a Trial account, every submission goes through moderator review. We try to clear the queue daily. Once you're promoted to Standard, submissions go live immediately. See the Trust Levels thread above.

What's a Trial user?

The default for new accounts. Submissions queue for moderator approval. Auto-promotes to Standard once your account is at least 30 days old, you've signed in on 5 different days, and at least one of your spot submissions has been approved.

Why was my claim rejected?

Common reasons: the video doesn't clearly show the trick landing, edit cuts hide a bail, the trick doesn't match the Challenge, or the spot doesn't match. If you think it was wrong, post in Help & Bug Reports.

When do I get paid for a verified claim?

Payouts process within ~7 business days of verification. Set up your payout method in Settings → Payout before claiming — verified claims won't pay out without a method on file.

Why can't I DM someone?

Direct messages require mutual friendship. Both sides have to accept the friend request. Keeps spam down and conversations consensual.

Can I edit a spot after it's submitted?

Yes. Open the spot drawer and tap Suggest an edit (or the pencil menu on mobile). The edit goes to admin review.

How do I become a Reviewer?

Reviewers are appointed by admins based on a track record of solid contributions. It's not something you apply for — if we trust your judgment, we'll reach out.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Settings → Account → Delete Account. Soft-deletes for 30 days (recoverable), then permanently deletes.

Where do I report someone behaving badly?

Open their profile and tap Block (hides their content from you) or Report (flags their account for moderators). You can also tap Report on a specific post, message, or spot if the issue is one item, not the whole account.

Where do I report a bug?

Tap the button (bottom-left of the map) → Report a Bug.
