Reporting a bug
Something broken or acting weird? Tell us — it takes a minute, and you can track what happens to your report.
Send a report
- Tap the help (?) icon, lower-left of the map.
- Choose “Report a Bug”.
- Describe the issue: what you expected vs. what actually happened. Attach a screenshot if you have one — it helps a lot.
- Submit.
What happens to it
Your report gets a tracking ID (like #00567) and lands in our queue. You’ll get an in-app notification whenever its status changes — open, in progress, resolved, and so on.
